The 12th Edition Inter-Faculty Sports Competition at Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology (ADUSTECH) commenced on July 23, 2025, with students from multiple faculties competing across football, athletics, basketball, and volleyball.
The event promotes holistic development, teamwork, and talent identification, with faculty teams displaying intense competitiveness. Sports Director Dr. Hamza Bello highlighted the importance of inter-faculty competitions in identifying potential national athletes.
Spectators, including students, staff, and alumni, witnessed thrilling matches, especially in the football semifinals where the Faculty of Engineering narrowly defeated the Faculty of Sciences 3–2. The tournament also featured opening ceremonies with cultural dances and motivational speeches.
