The Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) has directed all state football associations to hold their President Federation Cup finals over the weekend of February 22–23, 2025. This directive ensures that all state champions are decided on time, allowing for seamless progression into the national play-offs scheduled for March.
According to the NFF, compliance is mandatory for all states and the FCT to maintain uniformity in the national competition calendar. Officials emphasized that clubs failing to meet the deadlines may face disqualification from the national play-off stage.
