The Kano State Ministry of Youth and Sports Development launched a two-day management workshop for Kano Pillars FC in July 2025, aimed at enhancing strategic planning, club administration, and operational efficiency.
The program included sessions on sponsorship acquisition, player welfare, social media management, and matchday logistics. Club chairman Alhaji Aminu Garba stated: “Our goal is to professionalize the club and build structures that ensure long-term success both on and off the pitch.”
Experts from Nigeria and abroad shared insights on football administration, including financial transparency, youth development, and fan engagement. Players and staff were encouraged to actively participate in workshops to strengthen the club’s overall culture.
